The B & B Homes, Inc. construction plan is designed to allow you to build your new home at substantial savings.  Our plan works with any of our beautiful homes in our catalogs or even with your own home designs. 

How substantial will your savings be through building the B & B Homes way?  That depends on the program you select and your degree of involvement.

We offer several programs:

1.) Turnkey~ We build your house complete.

2.)  Co-Op~ We can both work together to help save on your final home cost.

3.)  Be you own General Contractor~ We provide you with the materials and expertise and you provide for all the labor and other materials to finish your new home.

4.)  Home Package~ We provide you with a home package only and you provide for all labor and ,aterials to finish your new home.

In any of the above programs, your degree of involvement will determine how much money you can save!
